I swam around 15 laps doing breakstroke...1 lap - reach to the end, come back.Um.. the pool is 50meter long, so i guess its 100meter per lap..and my height is 178cm.(5'9) and i weigh 95kg.. i also walked for around 20minsHOW MUCH CALORIES DID I LOSE?

You gave a lot of great information for calculating calorie burn, but you didn't mention what your rate of speed per lap (or length of the pool) was. The faster your pace, the more you'll burn. Anyway, assuming you swam vigorously (say 1:30 for 100 meters...Olympic record is 1:00:01 for men's breaststroke...or say 1:45 for a woman), that means you were swimming for about 23 minutes. A 190 lb. person will burn about 330 calories in 23 minutes swimming breaststroke vigorously. You may burn more because you weigh more. You also burned about 115 calories (or maybe a bit more) because of your 20 minutes of walking. Good job! Below is a website that shows you the calories burned for a whole list of exercises. It includes burn rates for 3 different weight categories, as well as activity level (fast, medium, slower).
