| I know its important to eat frequently when trying to lose weight so that my metabolism stays up but by doing so i often find myself eating when i'm not hungry. Its not like i'm eating too much at a time or anything(about 350 calories) i just dont get hungry as fast as some people. SO i'm wondering would it be better to not eat and go longer between small meals but risk not having as fast a metabolism or to eat anyways? Help! |

| keep eating small meals 5-6 times a day, keeping your metabolism in high gear is the best way to lose. eat 100 calorie snacks like yogurt |

| how long have you been eating frequently? it could be that your body hasn't realized that it isn't going to go for long periods between meals and is still slowing down its metabolism. it might take a while before it speeds up. how much do you weigh? it is important to eat the right amount of calories or else your body will go into fat storing mode because you'e depriving it of necessary nutrients and calories for it to run properly. |
