| Hello all. 5'3'' and 90 pounds. I am underweight and very weak. My friends tease me so I would like to know how to gain muscle mass. I was doing pushups, but my back hurts very badly in that position. I have 5 pound ankle weights, and a 5 lb dumbell, two 8 pounds dumbells, and two 15 pound dumbells. The most I can curl is 15. I would like to know a good daily/weekly workout plan to gain muscle, especially in my arms. For example, this many curls, this many pushups, this many whatever. As I am new you may have to explain a few terms to me. thank you so much. |
