|
|
| My whole life I have been a little bit chunky/overweight. Last year I became a vegan and started exercising religiously, and it ultimately resulted in an eating disorder. I lost about 30 pounds, and was at a very healthy weight, but was not healthy. I ended up recovering, but gained back all the weight. I need help with eating healthy and exercising, but I need a plan that will not cause me to overdo it and cause another eating disorder. Can anyone give me a plan that will help me reach my happy medium. Thanks |

| I have also been overweight most of my life, the only plan that has ever worked for me is Weight Watchers. Yes you have to count points but you really get a feel for what you can eat and you do not have to deprive yourself of foods that you like. |
