| im 23 yr old and im very skinny...im just 105lbs...im very much worried abt it. i've started working out in gym daily and now im planning to take whey protein...will this help me gaining any weight? i read that whey protein is used to lose weight as it helps in fat burning...im confused!!!...will it really helps in gaining weight or wud i lose even more??? |

| I wouldn't take it , it can have side affects that if you do take it , it might hurt you more then anything. |

| no, you wont gain weight. you will get stronger, but if you want to gain weight, you will need to consume protein along with CARBS and lots of them. just make sure they are good carbs. they make formulas specifically for gaining weight. they have more calories than regular whey. hope you reach your goals. |

| No you don't gain weight taking whey protein.gain weight is matter of calorie intakewhey is low calorie and bodybuilder will take such supplements in pre-contest to lose body fat weight.gain weight you must eat well solid mealfrom carbhydrates, protein such as meat, fish, chiken, eggs, milk.every meal must have both protein and carbhydrates ( you workout at gym so you really need carb from rice, pasta, breads, fruits)and don't forget drink plenty of water throughtout a day.gain weight is all about calorie so eat well, sleep tight (which is the key) if you don't sleep at night then try take a nap whenever you can. |
