| i am in 8th grade and i am a little under weight and i want to gain weight so i can play football in high school. what can i do to gain weight and muscle fast?(mostly weight) is there like a plan i can follow every day? |

Meat is bad for you and clogs arteries which makes it harder for nutrients to move through,including the protein you need to gain weight. People only gain weight from eating lots of meat because of the saturated fat, but you can gain weight faster by cutting it out and eating healthy but lots of high protein. Saturated fat is definately bad for someone trying to play sports. If you want to gain weight, eat high protein and high carb, but not red meat. Things like beans, rice(brown not white), fish, whey protein shakes, pasta, will all help you gain weight. |

| Eat a lot of good healthy foods. Especially fish. Fish is really good food to help you build up muscle. Work out at least 2-3 a week. In about a month you should be seeing results. =] |

| Commit yourself to working out. and eat when you can. Out work everyone else,catch the coaches eye. you will get awarded, no matter what your body type is. |

| if your looking for gaining weight try friend foods such as chicken,fries,and burgers.eat pasta.and eat junk food.gain muscle by goin to the gym and lifting some weights |

| Don't do anything stupid and eat fatty foods, try eating a bit more carbohydrates, bread, pasta and crackers are really good for that. For breakfast, eat oatmeal, it gives you lot's of energy! Try taking daily viamins and protein drinks. It's not about your size, it's about what's healthy for you! |
