| I am 25 years old, 5'0'' and currently weigh 118 lbs. I was married May 2008 and was working out everyday for 30-45 minutes. That and the stress of planning a wedding brought me down to 113 lbs. Even though I have gained a little weight since then people are still telling me that I look 'so thin' and 'have you lost even more weight?!' At first it was flattering, but now it's getting a little annoying. Because of that I have lost interest in working out but now I feel sluggish and want to pick it up again. How can I do this without the fear that people will comment on my weight? |

i go to the gym 5-6 days a week and I guess have lost a lot of weight over the past few years and look so different, i am thin and (whatever) I have body issues and all that nonsense. People come up to me ALL THE TIME and say the most annoying comments and ask annoying questions, even people that dont know me. It gets so freakin irritating so I completely know where you are coming from. You have to ignore it thats all you can do, and focus on yourself and how good working out makes you feel. People are stupid and dont know what to say and dont know when to shutup. They are jealous that youre hot, just know all they are saying is you look amazing i wish i was you. keep workin it girl. |
