anthony ellis workout and muscle gaining?

i just purchased the anthony ellis weight and muscle gaining workout out plan. for some reason when i have to enter the key to finish installing it it says that i must connect to the internet. but i am connected to the internet. what could be blocking me? what can i do to fix it?
