| I am trying to lose about 15lbs in the next 3 months. Now i have a full time job, 5children and a house to take care off. I don't have time to go to a gym and I might have an hour a day if that to exercise. I have a treadmill which I want to start using again but I also need some other exercises to help me tone up. I have lots of dvd's but I get bored with them to easily, plus I really have nobody to give me a boost when I'm down. Plus I'm getting close to 40 and losing weight keeps getting harder. Any help would be greatly appreciate it. |

| The only way is to exercise. You HAVE to make time for it. Try walking or jogging at least 30 minutes a day and if possible an hour a day. |

| eat only iceburg lettuce. then drink about 2 gallons of water a day and run 5 miles a day. smoking cigarettes helps hunger pains also. |

| First you need to be completely honest with yourself and second you need to realize that miracles do not happen overnight. I lost 13 lbs and it took 9 months of walking 3 hours a day 5 days a week. I am now at -20 lbs doing the same thing and it has been exactly 1 yr and 11 months. My suggestion is to walk at least 3x a week for an hour or more and 2 days of an exercise of your choice. Just make sure you sweat. |
