| i want buy some gym equipment for my house to lose weight and tone up, i want to lose weight and tone my abs the top of my thighs arms and bum i was thinking of getting a treadmill and multi-gym work bench could some one tell me if this will work them areas if not what should i get thanks |

| treadmill, an exercise bike and some weights.buy women's health or just look on the net for some workouts you can do with weights that will get you toned |

| why waste all that money on those pieces of rubbish,plus you need lots of space to house them also you won't be using them as often as you like.get yourself a good pair of trainers and get yourself out into the park or just run in the streets,it's really kool running in the styreets first thing in the morning.far better thasn all that rubbish |

| Get a bow flex. The resistance training the bow flex provides is the perfect solution for the "tightening" effect you're looking for. It is also good because there are many different workout that you can perform on this machine. |
