I know i posted this before. Sorry if it annoys people (: I just didnt get any answers. I'm sorry that its long too but i appreciate all answers!Okay so recently i've lost a lot of weight (about 5-6 pounds in 10 days) by not eating much while overseas. I really want to maintain my current weight (117 pounds) but i know that my diet contains a lot more fat & carbs than the one i was eating while abroad. However, I do alot more excercise while im here ( i did absolutely none while i lost weight ) here is my current excercise regime:monday: gym (35 minutes on the treadmill - mix of running & walking, i usually get about 5km), situps & crunches, light weight trainingtuesday: basketball training for 1.5 hourswednesday: gym (same routine)thursday: rest day but sometimes ill still go to the gymfriday: gym (same routine)saturday: no excercise but im usually shopping haha.sunday: 1-2 basketball games depending on the weekhere is my current diet, i have already changed it quite drastically from what it was:Breakfast- 1 slice of wholemeal toast- 1 cup vanilla green teaMorning tea- 1 banana- 1 fruit cup (low calorie, about 80 calories)Lunch - Wholemeal sandwich, usually with salad and a cold meat- 125ml juice (80 calories)- about 25g chocolateAfternoon tea (several snacks):- Avocado & tomato salad with 1 avocado, 1 tomato & a teaspoon of olive oil- 1 crumpet- 1 cappucino with light soy milkDinner- lean meat, (tonight it was lamb)- steamed vegetables (carrots & beans)- fruit for dessert (grapes or apples usually)Im actually suprised to see how much i do eat. Is this too much food for me? I'm 14 years old, 5'5 1/2 and currently 117 pounds, i used to be about 123. Is this diet too fatty to maintain a low weight? What changes can i make to improve it? Any tips on getting maximum results from excercise at the gym?thanks for reading all that haha and for your answers (:i mean like a ham salad sandwich, or turkey breast or something. lols (:

It's pretty good except:1. You should research the benefits of oat bran and eat that at breakfast instead of the toast...2. what do you mean by cold meat?3. Please look up the down side to eating meats with starches and fruits...those are just not good things to have in your stomach all at the same time. It is better to have a meal with all fruit or just meat and veggies with no fruit or bread.4. Instead of crunches, try leg lifts of different sorts and angles. They will work your abs just as well and be better for your back and neck.5. If you take my advice on not mixing meat with other food types, you can also get protein from rice or vegetable protein powders. They are non dairy and will be healthier when eating other things with it.Hope this helps.

your diet sounds ok for lunch and dinner but what type of cold meat you r eating. you need to add more protein in your breakfast as you r exercising a lot for your age. i think it will be nice if you only concentrate on basketball training and do some brisk walking rather than going to gym.as you are growing u need more protein, good carbs/fat and lots of minerals for your body .for that u can add supplements with your healthy diet.for more information email me sarabjitdhir@yahoo.com

When I came home from camp, I weighted 129 lbs. I used to weight 116 lbs. My doctor told me to drink Aquafina Flavor Splash! It has no calories, 0 sugars. NOTHING!!! I drank it at least 3 or 4 times a day! Just continue to eat whatever u eat, but drink the water!!! with breakfast, lunch and dinner and in the middle of the day when ur thirsty. It totally fills u up!!! I started to drink it in OCT of last year, by the time DEC, JAN rolled in, I weight 125lbs. now I weight at least between 120-123 lbs. and i still eat junk food at school!! Good luck!!!
