| i have fat soles or maybe its fluid retention ...i cant figure out..whenever i walk bare feet for a while in the night ..the next morning the skin of the soles and heels appear tighter...but it turns loose again ,if i wear shoes for more than 2-3 hrs...There is also some fat or watever around my heels and ankles..how long will it take 4 me to get nice attractive feet...its so awkward...really......i do a bit cardio every day...any tips...pls...thnx |

| Eat all kinds of veggies... and jog or run a half hour to al hour a day... (a litte more than half an hour or an hour if you like) and after that it will go away... my dad had the same problem...he asked me for some advice and I told him to do that. It works! |

that happens to my mom when she eats too much salt....especially can food like can veggies,can soup.....b/c it has alot of salt....and her DR. told her she need to drink alot of water too......good luck... as for fitness check out fitnessmagazine.com i love it it will offer you to buy the magazine but you could just (X) it out.....just click around i love it!!! |
