| That's what I want to do. My friend says that she started out running for a minute and walking for a minute for 30 minutes, and eventually grew it up to running for six minutes and walking for one minute. I tried the run/minute walk/minute and it worked it pretty good except I kept forgetting to stop or start running because I got distracted by the song playing. So can I just do it running for a song and walking for a song for a half hour/45 minutes? |

| Interval training- very, very good. Changing pace will really get you going, and not letting you get into rhythm is the best thing to burn fat- if you want endurance, run or walk the whole way.Instead of by song, try setting yourself targets instead- run to the next tree, walk this block etc.Good luck |
