| okay i desperatly need to lose weight. Im 13 and a girl and weigh 225 pounds...DONT BE RUDEIf I eat this:B: oatmeal with skim milk, and some splendaL: Tuna, grilled chicken, or grilled turkey, on whole wheat bread with lettuce, lowfat cheese, and 1 tbsp ranch dressing.S: apple with all natural pbD: Something my mom makes from the Eat Clean Diet Cookbook [really healthy stuff]S: 1/2 cup healthy yogurtExercise:1 hour walk every nighta couple on demand workout showsthanks... I really want to get healthy |

| i would probably cut out the cheese and the ranch dressing, and the pb is probably not that good either. other than that i think that you are good to go! using some free weights for like 20 min a day could help alot too, an hour of walking is really good though. GOOD LUCK!!! |

| Breakfast: Drop the splenda and throw some fruit in there.Lunch: Get rid of the ranch. Thats a lot of unnessecary fat and calories.Snack: Is okay. But not all the time. Although peanut butter is good for you it has a lot of fat and calories and is not good if you over eat it.Dinner: Sounds fine.Snack: Sounds good!You may not be able to do it now because of your size, but after you loose some weight and are comfortable with more strenuous excersize start running. Then the pounds will really start to drop off.Good Luck and congratulations on your choice to get healthy! |
