| if i work out 2x a week for an hour doing cardio and weight lifting. diet: 3lolli pops,and starbucks or an energy drinki am 5foot2inches and 125lbsi was on a "healthy" diet from nutritionist from hi health, and it made me gain 5pounds! and i stayed 125 for the 6weeks i was on that diet when my weight ussually goes crazy and a week before i started that diet i was 110 becuase i did a fruit flush than only had an english muffin with non fat cream chease and jelly everyday.the diet the nutrionist put me on was , walk 10mins in the morning, drink a jayy robb eggwhite shake with flaxseeds, half a bannana,luch :a pria protein bar, work out 2x a week after school running and lifting for 30mins than i gradually got up to an hour and a half.than for dinner i would have soup or a salad. than by friday i binged:(. she also had me on lethicin,chromium, and b125.10 points!!!!!if i am 125right now, how much will i weigh next week? or in 2weeks? |

| The fastest way to loose weight i find is by Water fasting...Ive lost 11 pounds in 7 days by just drinking water.. The first couple days are the hardest but after you a while you stop feeling hungry.haha , but that's just me.Just make sure you burn most of the calories you take in.( lots of exercise and eat lo carb ) The key to loosing weight :)Good luck! |

| there's no way to tell how much you're going to weigh.there are many many factors that could be wrong.to healthily lose weight you should cut your calories to 1500 and you should lose one pound a week. this sounds slow, but if you do it slowly, then you're more likely to keep it off. |
