im usually really active walk 2-3 hours a day and rum 30 mins every 3 days but ive spent the whole weekend doing school work and typing. how many calories should i eat?im 17 female 5 ft 4 and 115 lbs trying to get to 100 lbsim not a fatty!

2000 calories per day is the perfect weight for a womenif you are a fatty, then you are obviosly taking in well over the 2000 per day guidelinebut once you resume this decent amount any excess weight you have will drop off and you will maintain a good body mass index

eat as many as you like and take sea kelp on the side-it increases ur metabolism which means you digest everything v quick.

You should give a little more information..Are you a guy or a girl?..And how old are you? and how much do you weigh now, and how tall are you??...Im an 18yr old girl 140lbs 5'5 and eat about 1200 calories a day.

we are warm blooded and require food. food must be eated in small portions to keep ouir metabolism working which burns our fat. if you decide not tos eat, your metabolism will slow down and everything you eat will be stored as fat to keep your body going.

Ive lived on 400 calories a day doing nothing, 800 working out but Im a lil extreme so maybe 1000. If at the computer sit on a balace ball instead of a chair it will help tone stomach/back mucsles without even knowing. Eat lots of greens, veggies, fruit, wheats. v8 juice.

Dont listen to half of them anything below 1500 is Unhealthy you can lose weight by eating anywhere from 1500 to 1700 but 100 is to low for your height. You are actually really healthy and fine but if you want to go sickly low be my guest.
