I really need to lose a lot of weight and I was wondering the best way to do it.I want to lose about 50 pounds and so I was wondering the best way and how long.By the way, I'm a vegetarian.

It's like they always say: eat well, exercise (I wish there was a magic thin button too!) I always try to make easy things to eat that are healthy. My favorite is bean salad with vinaigrette, it's packed with protein and the vinaigrette is not that fatty (if you get the right one) If you make easy things that are healthy to eat whenever you have cravings, it makes dieting easier. also, exercise can be fun! take a yoga or pilates class, those are great for toning. Swimming is also a great calorie burner. Good luck! SmileP.S. the biggest thing is perseverance - stick with it! it'll pay off.

hi there the best way to lose that much weight would be to set a date at when you want to get to that weight sort of like a deadline.cut your calories down to 1500 a day make sure you get all your 5 fruits and veg in.for one night have fishfor the other have chicken so greasy fatty chicken just plain chicken with some low fat sauceand for the 3rd day have meat make sure its very leankeep away from sweets, fast food, and fizzy drinksif your stuck on what to drinki think there are some flavored still waterwith only 1.5 calories per bottle inand there only something like £2 at asda i think there buy on get one free as wellfor exercise go on a basic walk but speed it up half way through do this for hour a day and your burning 350-500 calories a day that is like a whole meal.lastly don't give up have faith in your self im a 16 year old girl who used to be 10 stone 7 pounds(149 pounds)and now im only 8 stone 12 pounds (125)I HOPE THIS HELPS GOOD LUCK Very Happy
