Weight loss for christmas!?

I need to lose about 2 stone for christmas but don't know what diet etc.. exercise or what to do to lose weight in time Sad can u please help me thanks xxx xxx

You won't loose two stone, that's 28 pounds. The most you can loose in this time, healthily, is six pounds. Just cut back on sugar, fat and carbohydrates, and do an hour of exercise daily. Eat litte and often, eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, and eat slowly. Eat like a child - children eat only when they are hungry and leave what they do not want. If you stick to a healthy lifestyle, the pounds should drop off, but sadly not in time for Christmas.

wow im trying to do the same thing as you =) i started yesterday. tho im planning to lose atleast a stone.what i do is i try and do at least 2-3 hours of exercise i know thats a lot but i do it bit by bit some in the morning mid-day and evening..i use a cross trainer.. go for walks.. and weights.. and sometimes jog or runim not on any diet or anything ive just started drinking loads and loads of water.. i also try to get my five-a-day if not more. if i feel like chocolate i have one little block thingy and then do an extra 5 mins for every bit of chocolate well good luck!x
