When you lose weight, you lose it everywhere. Ab work will strengthen the muscles under the fat. A smart diet is the answer.

The fact is that when you take steps to lose fat you lose from areas genetics dictate. Exercise only increase the muscle mass or density for the muscles used. So, keep working out and it will go away.

When you start exercise stomach comes last as far as loosing fat or reducing weight is concern. You loose fat from other parts of body first.

As you already know both of them are totally wrong. No stupid belt or 1000 crunches a day will give you a flat belly. you gotta do it the old school way workout an eat right
