I have been in a police academy now for about 2 months or so. Since I have started, we do a lot of PT and running. I have lost nearly 10 to 15 pounds. I want to regain that weight and was thinking of maybe starting to take a supplement. Would creatine be sufficient or do you recommend anything else?

Creatine isn't good for weight gaining. It'll boost up your muscles until you use it, it'll make you able to work with bigger weights. When you'll stop using creatine your muscles gonna go down.If you can't get enough calories and protein from normal, high quality foods then try some weight gain formula, example: Whey Protein.

brewing yeast. It has a lot of vitamin B, too. It will make you gainweight in a week. Either buy at pharmacies, as supplement, or in anyplace which specializes in brewing. Three pills a day/three tablespoons aday - depends on the product, and you are there. Good for bones andhair as well.

Creatine is usually for retaining water build up from sodium and so forth and this water usually goes to the muscles so your muscles maintain bulk; hence, you will weigh more. I wouldn't recommend creatine unless you're trying to be some bodybuilder. Retaining water and gaining actual weight are two different things. I would drink ensure to strictly gain weight actual fat. Ensure tastes great and it's good for putting on weight. It's nutritious and doesn't contain harmful ingrediants that will put pressure on your body. When I was getting over anorexia nervosa my doctor told me to drink ensure and I gained weight safely. I gained the weight I was supposed to for my age and height.Ensure is easy to use. No cooking, no special ingrediants you have to gather. Open up a bottle and drink up. That's it.Here is the website. http://ensure.com/ so consider it.

Well, since you'll still be in that police academy I would suggest you alter your diet so as to cover the extra calories that you are losing to your training. Adding one or two snacks to your daily meals or just eating more should do it. I think protein-rich foods would be a plus.Supplements really sound like the easy way, but you know what they say, nothing worth having ever comes easy.
