I have recently lost four pounds- I now weigh around 109, and am 5'4. However, I am not able to lose anymore weight. I have "plateaued". What can I do to speed up the weight loss process? Thanks!

Find a DR who will give you phentermine, its not dangerous but usually theyll only give it 2 people who are overweight. It turns off the hunger signal, I lost 10lbs the 1st month. Side effects are mild but kind of annoying dry mouth. Change your workout, if you run start bike riding or doing the eliptical. Good luck!

you need to look at your past diet and change it around a bit make it less and more frequent or cut out heavy meats or milk and cheese or go for a longer walk. but something needs to change cause your body is now used to your previous diet - dont worry i know how frustrating it can get i've been on the sameweight for almost three weeks. its ok just accept it and learn what you (as in you the individual cause every one is different) need to change. hoped it helped

Well, guessed you’ve a structured programme but lack variety. When you perform the same workout for more than 6 weeks, you’ll soon reach a stage of plateau. This is the point where your body has already got used to the workout and thus has decreases its effectiveness. For better results, refreshing training routine once every 3 months and of course set new goals and targets.
