Why just a 3 Week workout plan? It will be very difficult to Gain Muscle and Lose weight in just 3 weeks.Have you ever tried "At Home" workout videos? There are many to choose from and most of them don't need equipment. How about trying a 90 day workout plan?If you are just starting out I would suggest Power 90 (P90). P90 will get you into the habit of working out and motivated from the results. Phase 1 and 2 of the program is about a 1/2 hour and then you move into phase 3 and 4 which runs about 45 minutes.
