Ive been doing small modeling jobs for about two years, about a year ago i broke my ankle and was off my feet for about 6 months and gained a good 20 lbs even though i watched what i was eating and did physical therapy.Id like to get back into modeling asap but need help loosing the extra weight i gained..any tips on what i can do as far as work outs? quick fixes? foods? THANK YOU ALL! Smile

im 19 and ive been doing major modeling since i was about 15..i run a little and do a LOT of pilates! i eat healthy but also eat alot haha(: i love food(: and yes models can EAT!my best advice..cardio is the best way to lose weight..it burns calories and then you lose fat..do lots pilates or yoga they help give you flexibility and stamina and also tone you a lot..and of course do a little weight lifting three times a week about to tone up..make sure youre drinking lots of water and eating healthy..noodles, fruits, vegetables, and meat..get good sleep and dont eat more than a handful of food within 2 or 3 hours before bed..thats the big reason people gain weight..having a full stomach before bed is not good..modeling isnt about being anorexicly thin..being in shape and TONE is what looks sexy!

You can try the same thing that Beyonce did which I believe it is called Master Cleanse. I saw it in the news and then I found it at this website if you would like to check it out http://weightloss-and-health.com. I believe they also have exercises programs in there. Good luck
