I'm kinda fat and I have chubby legs so I want a workout routines that work but i don't have any treadmills or weights or any thing like that HELP!!!!!!!

Lunges and squats help tone legs.Swimming is quite good too, but it's also not to straining, if you do the warm-up first.

It is strongly recommended by the experts for ladies to workout 20 minutes, 5 times a week. Whatever workout you choose, if you follow that routine it gives results. Keep yourself motivated and keep saying 'oh man, i lost some weight' haha. no i'm not kidding, if you keep saying that your mind will actually start thinking that and you'll loose weight.
