| I'm kinda fat and I have chubby legs so I want a workout routines that work but i don't have any treadmills or weights or any thing like that HELP!!!!!!! |

| Lunges and squats help tone legs.Swimming is quite good too, but it's also not to straining, if you do the warm-up first. |

| It is strongly recommended by the experts for ladies to workout 20 minutes, 5 times a week. Whatever workout you choose, if you follow that routine it gives results. Keep yourself motivated and keep saying 'oh man, i lost some weight' haha. no i'm not kidding, if you keep saying that your mind will actually start thinking that and you'll loose weight. |
