| How much weight would i loose under this routine?i eat pretty healthy. im 16 male. i bike 10k every night taking approx 30Min's and each week ill try to increase it by 2k. so this week ive biked a total of 70k. and after biking i walk a further 2k . how soon will i start to see results. i already feel better from doing it. and also does cycling improve upper body muscles like abs and arms? any suggestions or comments will be appreciated! |
