| I have found that I really like the following fitness activities, what would be a good schedule?1. Weight lifting2. Cycling3. YogaI have a lifting routine that can be tailored to 3 or 4 days a week.I generally ride 6 miles when I bike (due to time constraints)I am beginning yoga |

| It sounds like you have a good schedual already! Balance is key. Do as much Yoga as you do weight lifting. Cycle as you can. Alternate. |
