I hate my legs, they look really gross and fat... ;xHow can I make them look better? I mean, I walk around a mile and a half every day to, from and arond college, maybe even MORE.I eat some fatty/sugary foods, but I have an uber fast metabolism, and I'm always hungry, but I rarely eat before meals.I weight 9 stone exactly and I'm around 5 foot 6. I'm 16.So, I'm not overweight, and I'm not too skinny. Never have been either.How can I make my legs less fat?! D:Before you say they're not... wear tights to tighten ur legs so they dont look at fat i have fat legs and i always wear tights..i always wear black too ..because it makes you look skinnier...if you dont like black add asessories to your black clothing like a bright belt or scarf or shoes or hair assessorize xx

Your legs look fine. Some progressive weight training will help you add a couple of pounds to your frame, and you will look firm and fit.

That's such a bad picture!But I still think you have normal legs,they r neither gross nor fat.Remember the way you see yourself is different from how others see you.Also,as soon as you find a way to change your legs,you'll find something else wrong with them.In other words,you'll never be 100% happy with yourself,so just embrace who you are,and flaunt your good qualities and nobody will notice your flaws!Smile

wear black tights but if you want to lose weight of them then you cant chose where you lose the weight you will just have to do it overall and take up running it will work out youre legs to tone them up and burn clories

Your legs aren't by any means fat but if you are uncomfortable with them then maybe you should do some light running/jogging 2 hours a week to tone them up a bit. As for losing weight, no need sweetie!

You don't have fat legs, they actually look like mine!! I've lost a bit of weight on my legs recently though, I'll tell you how I did it!!Instead of walking, run. Try running a few miles on the treadmill each day for a few weeks but have the weekends off to rest. Start off at a slow jog until you can go a bit faster. Also try some leg weights at the gym, they are brilliant for toning. Remember- no pain no gain! Work your legs until they burn, if they do, it means it's working. You should see improvement soon. I kno! Mine r like that 2!!!! I hate it. Most of it is muscle and theres nothing you can do about that. Try walking and runing and yea. if they dont get smaller its probably muscle.

Maybe do some squats? there excellent for the thighs.but be careful as some exercises will make the thighs more muscular than thin. (: x

Okay this is scary...i am 16 ( female) 5 "6 and i weigh exactly 9 stone (126lbs)and i hate my legswaaaay freaked out now...ahahabut swim, run, skip, dance etc should help
