| Does anyone know of a shake/meal replacement product that is 100 calories or less per serving?I would like to lose 60 lbs. I have tried several different diets, and always end up cheating.I have been researching Medifast and I like the simplicity of it. But, the food/supplements I would have to buy are expensive! In researching Slimfast and Muscle Milk, I see both of those are 180-200 calories per serving (twice as much as Medifast's shakes). Are there any other shakes out there that aren't as many calories? Thanks!PS: Please don't reply with spam, I'll rate you low. |

| The weightloss shakes don't work. Sure, you might lose weight for a while, but you'll put it all back on plus more once you start eating normaly again. They're just a wast of money. In fact, any "diet" is. It does no good to temporarily change eating habits. You have to make permanent changes. Eat healthy and exercsise...that's how you'll lose weight and keep it off. |

| If you are serious about losing weight permanently, I would suggest that you don't drink shakes to meals. You should change your lifestyle (the food you eat. lots of veggies and fruits. reduce fat and sugar intake. drink water only) and add as much physical activity in as you can. |
