I have also started to eat special k (cereal) for breakfast and only fruit and vegetables for lunch and snacking during the day. For dinner i try to have small portionsis this a good start? will i lose weight and when will i start seeing results? |

| losing weight =calories eaten less than calories used. you probably use about 2000 a day. do some math and you will be fine.also do High intensity interal training. you lose weight much faster than cardio3 times a week warm up, then sprint for 1 min jog 2 sprint 1 jog 2 sprint 1 and then warm down and go home. you will lose weight like crazy. |

| yep cutting out your intake of bread is a really good idea..you should have oats instead of special k though....they have a prolonged release so they keep you full for longer and theyre realllllly good for you and are low GL |
