|
|
| I'm going on a holiday to Cambodia for 2 months.I've been on a healthy diet for 2 weeks and I've lost 3-4 pounds. I run on the treadmills quite often, but in Cambodia, there are no treadmills/ pools/ gyms etc.I'll be staying in a farm and in the inner city. What are some effective exercises I can do while I'm over there?I'm 13, 5'4 and 175 pounds. The paths are really dusty and it's so crowded. |

| If you are able to skip with a rope, that is a really good exercise but there is no point if you can't do it consecutavely for at least 20 minutes. Even if you make up an exercise scheduale of little things like jogging on the spot, star jumps etc. and do different things every day. Personally, I think running is the best way. is there no way you can get out for a run? Anyway good luck and well done for staying on the healthy diet. |
