Ok , you need to see the doctor. a gland problem can make losing weight very difficult. And weight lose pills can work, but only in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle and exercise program. There is a not magic bullet when it comes to weight loss. With the correct exercise program, it doesnt take much time to get in a decent workout. Email me if you have more questions. Oh and as to you being lazy, I dont know you well enough to call you lazy or not,lol

Hello and first I don't think you are lazy. You said that you have a hyperthyroid gland problem and that is basically saying you have an extremely low metabolism, which also means that your body doesn't burn fat like it should, and that causes you to gain weight. My doctor spoke to me about that because I recently had my thyroid checked, but I am fine. There are medicines that your doctor can provide to help you get rid of the thyroid gland problem and then you will be able to lose weight, but until you get that matter resolved you will continue to have the same problem. With a thyroid problem it has an affect on your body as if you were eating late and going to bed, because when a person eats and goes to sleep that food turns into fat because the metabolism drops completely during sleep.

Try South Beach Diet. I was skeptical at first but my doctor recommended it and IT WORKS! I lost over 40lbs on it and didn't have to go hungry. The difference is good carbohydrates vs. bad car carbohydrates. The diet works with your body and picks foods your body is able to digest. Simple carbs i.e. sugar is typically turned into fat. Avoid simple carbs and try following the South Beach diet. I really hope you do I promise it works!www.southbeachdiet.com
