What is the maximum weight i can lose in 1 or 2 months if I go on a lifestyle change(not just diet) by?

reducing my calories to 1500 a dayexercising at least 30 mins every day plus listing 10lb dumbbells every dayeating a lot of veggies, no red meat, no pork, low sugar and high protein(I USED to be on a high sugar high calorie diet without realizing how bad it was, but not anymore)AND would it help me lose weight faster if i took some of those expensive weight loss pills like avakor or relacore?

1) weight loss pills don't ever work. You lose weight by reduCing the # of ChemiCals in ur body, not by adding another one! They are proven to make you GAIN weight and have inCreased organ problems/failure.2) your diet should be a balanCed diet, all 5 food groups about equally, and just eat HEALTHY meats like tuna, fish, eggs, ChiCken, turkey, venison, etC. and HEALTHY breads like whole wheat, oats, oatmeal, etC.3) inCrease your Calories to 2000 a day, whiCh will give u energy so u Can exerCise MORE. to Counter the extra food, eat hot peppers/drink green tea to speed metabolism, and eat 5-7 small meals a day to inCrease metabolism.4) NEVER try to limit the amount of sugar you take in. Just eat natural, organiC foods without any fast food, skool food, junk food, artifiCial foods, miCrowaved foods, etC.5) NEVER ingest artifiCial sweeteners, or drink soda or Caffeinated drinks, or take ANY kind of drugs unless absolutely neCessary.6) eat a giant breakfast, and a bigger next meal, and make the last 2 meals of ur day SLIGHTLY smaller than an average meal.===========================Here is how your exerCise should go:6 days a week, run around the traCk. on even days, do a 2mile run.on odd days, do six 400m sprints with a 4minute rest.------------------------also, 4 days a week, lift weights. 3 SETS OF 10 FOR EAcH EXERcISE)even days, do upper body:benChpullupsinCline benChupright rowsoverhead pressstanding vertiCal rowsodd days, do lower body:squatsleg pressdumbbell lungesdeadliftsleg extensionleg CurlCalf raises (standing AND sitting)knee raises (in Captains Chair)---------------------6 days a week, do 20 minutes of various ab exerCises, virtually nonstop. look them up on google; type in "10 best ab exerCises", etC. etC.Whenever you have extra time or are with friends, try to:1) be out of the house2) go bowling, play a sport, go to the lake, go for a walk, etC.Here is a rule:NEVER sit where you Can stand, NEVER stand when you Can walk, and Never walk where you Can run. NEVER half-*ss an athletiC game (no matter if its serious or not) when you Can give it your ALL and play hard like ur life's on the line!
