Hey I have been hearing all this buzz about the 10 day master cleanse/lemonade diet. I'm over 16 years old, 5'5, and I weigh about 130 pounds. Am I a likely candidate for it? I not only one want to do it for weight loss reasons because losing 10-15 pounds from it would make me the happiest girl in the world, but I've read that its suppose to detox all of your body toxins and clear out your colon. Are there any negative problems or side effects from it? Please answer quick because I would like to start it in the next few days or so. Thanks |

| You may try with colon cleanse home remedy as wellThere are many means of having home made solutions for colon cleanse. The very first option is to have tasty fibrous foods that you can have through iceberg salad added with variety of crunchy vegetables and enhancing it by adding some toasted walnuts. A thick soup with vegetables and barley can suit your palate well. Homemade chicken soup can be made tasty by adding lentils instead of pasta for fibrous provision. Apart from fibrous foods consumption of lots of fluids is also a healthy option. You can well add the consumption of pure water and make some additional herbal tea and other hydrating fluids in your diet. While opting for colon cleanse home remedy make a right choice of the fat. This is because the purpose of the fat is to increase the nutrients in the body the selection of it is also very important. The consumption of fats for nutrients supports healing and so supplements of flax seed oil or fish oil and above all a choice for Omega 3 is the healthiest option. Content of Omega 3 can be found in salmon and thus are the means for all health benefits and proper digestive system. |

| The Master Cleanse is AMAZING!! I recommend it 100%. The lemonade is delicious and you will shed pounds!! The first 3 days are the hardest. I suggest you take the first few days off of work and other activities and go someplace where you don't have to look at food or be tempted. You will be amazed by the Master Cleanse. You will feel energized, find mental clearity and lose weight. You will need:* Pure Filtered Water* Grade B Organic Maple Syrup, Formaldehyde free* Organic Cayenne Pepper* Organic Lemons (you will need a lot of these!)* Sea salt - Unrefined* Laxative tea * 2 Tablespoons of organic lemon Juice (about 1/2 a Lemon)* 2 Tablespoons of Organic grade B maple syrup (not maple flavored syrup you use onpancakes)* 1/10 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper powder* Ten ounces of filtered waterImportant things to know. For one, the lemon juice used must be fresh squeezed. This cannot be emphasized enough. It is necessary to use fresh produce. Canned juice won't work and will erase most of the benefits of using the master cleanser diet. Also, the maple syrup must be grade B maple syrup, not the sugar filled syrup that is used at the breakfast table. A Tablespoon of Maple syrup is around 55 calories. This will give you an idea of your calorie intake. I like to use less syrup because it doesn't need to be that sweet and then you will use less calories. The cayenne pepper might seem unnecessary, but it is actually very important. Not only does it help to add a bit of a kick, but the pepper helps to break up mucus and increases healthy blood flow. It also is a good source of B and C vitamins, commonly referred to as Super Vitamins due to their many benefits for the body. You do a salt water flush in the morning and drink the laxitive tea at night. 1 teaspoon of unrefined non-iodized sea salt mixed with 25-35 ounces of water will flush out your system. Expect to be near a bathroom a lot...because you are going to need to use it!!!You should drink a minimum of 60 oz of lemonade a day, but can drink more if you like. You can also drink as much water as you want. I suggest you consume your body weight in ounces of water. Drink everytime you feel hungry! |
