This is pretty common. It's time to step it up a notch. Increase the intensity of your aerobic workouts and add some strength training to your program.

You have hit a weight loss plateau. This is normal and can happen several times before you hit your goal weight.To push passed the plateau you need to mix things up a bit. Change your exercise routine by changing when you do it, for how long and the intensity level. Also add strength training. This will help build lean muscle mass which increases your metabolism.Also, double check your calories as you need fewer calories than when you started your weight loss program.
