I've lost 29 lbs through doctor supervised weight loss since August by eating healthy and drinking plenty of water. My weight loss goal is 20 lbs away but I found out today that my fat composition is 37.5% which sounds extremely high. How do I continue to lower my fat comp when I reach my goal without losing more weight than I wanted to? Plus I exercise now so what do I need to add to my workout to help. I do 45 minutes of cardio 3-4 days a week.

It's natural. Women, for some reason, have a higher percentage of fat in their body. If your truely concerned, ask your doctor. Here's a helpful site: http://www.weightlossforall.com/fat-percentage-ideal.htm
