Hi everyone...I joined a biggest loser contest in my community 12 weeks ago, we all put in $100 to compete. I am 48 years old, and I have lost 34 lbs in 12 weeks through diet and exercise, and I feel great! (I know I have already won the contest because I am healthier) But I wanna win this competition, there is lots of money at steak here. I can safely lose another 20 lbs by January (my BMI is still 27, so I am not underweight at all). I want to keep dieting and will lose that extra 20 but here is my question. Is there a SAFE way for me to drop those extra 6 lbs just for our weigh out day, even if it's just water weight I lose? My friends say to use water pills or laxatives or to be dehydrated the day of weigh out. I understand any weight loss would be temporary for these things but I want to win this thing, winner gets $1500. I have been very responsible for the past 12 weeks, working out 45 mins per day on average, eating 6 times a day, 1200 calories per day, no alcohol...very good girl! No diet pills, no shakes or anything, just home cooked healthy food,Can anyone give me any advice? I need help soon, we weigh out next Friday...Here's what my friends say....take laxatives on Wednesday and Thursday before weigh out. Also take a water pill on Wednesday and Thursday. Nothing to eat on Friday at all, weigh out is in the early evening. Do your regular workout right before weigh out, but wear extra layers to sweat out. Drink only what you absolutely need that day since 2 cups of water weighs 1 lb.Please someone share your ideas...THANKS! (And yes, I know the weight will come back as soon as I drink, I know it's only water! And I promise to return to my healthy habits the next day...I just want the money!!)

My girlfriend tried all sorts of different diets and products, most without success. Her friend let her try out a new Acai Berry product she was using and she now swears by it.Shes lost over 13 pounds already, apparently the Acai Berry flushes all the waste out your system and cleanses your body. She got her own supply for free too, only had to pay like $1 shipping. Here's the site she got it from: http://tinyurl.com/acaipower500

DO NOT DO THE ACAI BERRY POWER 500 IT IS A SCAM. Just google "acai berry power 500 scam". Please. Don't make the same mistake I did. Anyway, Don't take laxatives. They might get rid of your water weight but drinking a lot of water will have the same effect (because it flushes out the nasties in your blood). My mom had great success using Hydroxycut Max for women. She really restricted her diet but it worked for her. Problem is at first it gives you terrible gas. But it might be worth it for you Smile

Congratulations on your weight loss so far that is terrific. I myself have llost 40 lbs myself. I walk almost everyday at least 45 minutes and I have drastically changed my eating habits. I have heard that drinking a green tea helps to lose weight. I found a free trial offer online that seems like it might work. I have looked at the ad and it seems to be fortified with extra ingredients. You can check it out at MakeThatWeight.com. Good Luck and Continued Success

Have you tried fasting for a couple of days? I wanted to do it right and still get nutrients so I used the 2-Day Fasting Formula from Beachbody and lost about 9 pounds. I am sure everyone has different results but I tried it and it worked for me. By allowing your body to stop breaking down food for a day or two, your metabolism can get caught up so it is able to begin burning off stored fat. They say that theses are the key benefits for using their fasting formula:• Helps reduce cravings and burn off hard-to-lose fat• Supports total-body cleansing• Supports and invigorates the body’s natural energy production• Supports increased weight loss from your fitness routine• Available in Chocolate and VanillaYou can order from here: http://www.HealthAndFitnessGoal.comYou can create a Free account for ordering (look for the “Shop For Products” link) and then you will also have access to the online gym and can win daily cash prizes for working out. You will also get a Coach assigned to you to help you along the way.Good Luck!!
