| I am currently 333 and 6'2'' i wanna lose about 70 pounds but i am so overweight i cant jog or anything so i was thinking of doing a slim fast for breakfast then a bowl of cheerios for lunch and a regular healthy dinner, along with walking for about a half hour to 45 minutes a day to start please help me out is this good or what?? |

| sounds perfect especially the walking for half hour to 45 minutes that is your BEST bet! just make sure your normal healthy dinner has ENOUGH calories because your slim fast and cheerios dont have much! make sure its loaded with protein and even some fat! and includes veggies!!! |

| No, that's terrible. You've got the wrong idea. The less you eat, the more your system will store. To burn continuously, you'll have to eat three balanced meals a day. The more weight you have to lose, the faster it will come off. I have a lady on the program who needs to lose 100 lbs. After 5 weeks, she's lost 23 lbs. You will set yourself up for failure with a slimfast and cheerios diet, sorry. No exercise is needed until you can begin a light walking program. Weight loss is 85% diet. |

Just know that 3500 calories equals 1 pound. It's all a balance game. If you take in more calories than you burn you are going to gain weight. If you burn more calories than you eat then you will loose weight. There is actually a formula to see how many calories you are burning for your walk.It's a long calculation but here is isVO2=3.5+.1(mph*26. (if walkin on a flat surface) This gives you VO2. Take VO2 * wt in kg/1000Then you take that number *5 and that is how many calories you are burning per minute walking.It's all a numbers game and it sounds like you are taking the steps in the right direction. | I think you got the right idea, but you must drink plenty of water. A lot of ppl hold on to water weight, which you get rid of by drinking more which causes you to pee which cleans out your body. You don't have to only eat cheerios you can have a low fat yogurt, lean fish or veggies and fruit. Make sure you have Fibre in your diet, it will also help you flush out your body. Make sure that if you choose slim fast that you treat it as a whole meal even if it doesn't feel that way. Slim fast has as much calories as a normal breakfast, so don't eat until lunch or you'll be eating double.As long as you break a good sweat when your exercising your doing very good, don't push your self too hard go at a pace that's good for you, take breaks. Just remember that if you stop for five minutes stop the timer, no matter if it takes you 2 hrs to do a half hour walk just get it done. |

| There are other things to consider when losing weight such as increasing metabolism, improving digestion and detoxification. | Almost but not quite. For exercise, you're right on. If you feel you arn't ready to jog or do intense exercise, no problem. Start with whatever you feel comfortable with and just keep trying to do a little bit better. A gentle walk every day is a perfect way to get yourself going again. The most important thing is to do something you'll stick with.For diet, I'd suggest a few changes. I'm really not a believer in slim fast and those diet shakes; I just don't believe they work any better than regular food. Maybe try a small bowl of fruit with a glass of skim milk or orange juice for breakfast, cereal and some kind of fruit/veggie for lunch, and then say a slightly smaller than normal regular dinner. You always want to get good, solid breakfast; it gives you energy for the day and will help prevent you from feeling overly hungry all morning. You also want to spread your meals more or less evenly around your day. This keeps your metabolism steady. And of course, drink plenty of water.Again though: don't overdo it, especially to start. Push yourself, by all means, but avoid stressing yourself so much you can't stick with your plan. |

HERE ARE 11 DO'S AND DON'TS FOR U 1) If cant jog , walk everyday an hour. (If u dont have time, make time)(2) Have lots of pulses and cereals and avoid fatty food.(3) Try 2 lessen the daily milk quantity. (40% fats in our body r from milk) . (4) Instead of milk, do as directed : - [A] take a glass of luke warm water. Peel a lemon in it , mix it thoroughly. If u want it sweet , try 0 calorie sugar and drink it [B] Drink this lime juice 4 - 5 times a day as convenient. [C] No chips , no fatty foods and no suger !(5) Try 2 avoid ice cream.(6) Have a bowl of cheeiros and regular dinner.(7) Do not skip your lime juice and food. NO FASTS NEEDED FOR U( If ineffective, try slim sauna belt to lose ur flab.(9) Try to b as active as possible.(10) Check your no. of farts during the day at present. If you r passing a stinky fart, that means u are obsess. When u try what I've prescribed, your no. of farts will increase due to activeness. If you notice a change in your no. of farts(while exercising) , understand - U're on ur way to lose ur weight.A month after following my advice, u'r stinky fart will b changed intoa louder one . Pls. note - your no. of farts will increase.(11) And thus , after a month or two , you will have what u want.(12) U r tall , my boy. Tall ones look handsome if slim. Even u can also b'com handsome and lose 85 ponds . |
