| I'm tryin to lose some weight and i've heard the running in the morning is better for your metabolism. I absolutely hate waking up early though, although i'd only have to wake up a half hour earlier, i hate it. Running at night is also hard for me because after work i'm tired and usually want to just stay in for the night. What is better for weight loss? What can i do to motivate myself? Thanks! |

| It is best to run and work out in the mornings, on a semi-empty stomach. As for the motivation, once you start working out, you will seem less tired and more motivated. The endorphins will help you with energy. Trust me, once you start working out, your body and mindset will become motivated by themselves. |

| if you run in the morning you are more likely to feel energized for the rest of the day. Eventually getting up half an hour earlier will be easy and you will feel less tired when you are done work! |
