| Ok, so I have always had a pretty nice weight, but now I am noticing that I am gaining just a tiny bit so I need to do something now!I have a treadmill and an ab lounge at home, I also have a gym membership, but it’s tough to go sometimes.I need a plan of some kind to kick about 10-15 pounds. Not looking to do it over night, but I am willing to dedicate to it. As long as it doesn’t include protein shakes, ewww. Lol I do like eating breakfast, but with my job it makes it hard to eat 5 meals a day. I also take lots of vitamins (Vitamin C, Vitamin B, Lysine, Zinc, Fish Oil, Woman’s multi Vitamin, L-Cartine)What else could I take, what else can I eat, and what kind of exercises can I do at home to drop this weight soon.Do you think it’s possible to drop it before Christmas? Thanks for any help! |
