Hello,I am a female, recently turned 20 years old, 5'1'', with weight usually ranging from 115-120. I am within normal weight range with a normal BMI. However, my blood pressure is slightly high for my age and I have more fat mass than muscle mass. How would you design my workout plan? Please keep in mind that I have an older treadmill with a 6 mph limit, incline capabilities, but no working monitor to measure distance, calories burned, etc. It still runs though and it is my preferred method of exercise. Perhaps you could make your suggestions by referring to distance and speed in terms of time, how many miles per hour to go, and amount of inclination? Also how many days a week I need to work out to get the best results?I need help with burning fat, building muscle, and lowering my blood pressure.Any comments will be great. I would really appreciate it if someone in the health/professional training field responded!Thanks!
