I need to lose weight and working out and dieting SUCKS...When I diet...I end up binging on everything that I shouldnt have. Anyway, I came across a number of sites who still sell diet pills containing ephedra and I know how the effects of ehpedra go hand in hand with weight loss. Can I get in trouble if I buy these...I thought ephedra was banned in the US? If you have bought these products online recently...let me know and did they work?

ever thought there might be a reason why this was banned in the us? there have been many complications and even deaths due to the consumption of ephedra - so no - it's definitely not safe, at least not medically. if you're concerned about the legal aspect of this i'd assume that it's illegal to sell it, not to buy it, but i'm not a u.s. citizen, so you probably shouldn't rely on me with that one ;-)and i know you don't wanna hear this, but i'm gonna to, anyway: there just isn't a permanent way to loose weight other than eating right and exercising for the rest of your life. anything else is risky and a temporary fix. the sooner you accept this, the sooner you can actually work on a permanent solution!good luck

A lot of people are buying it every day, and it is a lower cost alternative to Clenbuterol, which is a prescription drug.my wife lost 11 lbs using it. The main complaints seem to come from the FDA restrictions that have been placed on them. The new regulations are complex, and may change again. The merchants are now required by LAW to get a copy of your driver’s license before they can sell to you, because you must be 18 years old to purchase. The only address they can ship to is the one on your drivers license. Also they cannot be shipped to Idaho, Nebraska, Texas, Washington State, Arkansas, Tennessee, Ohio, Oklahoma, New Mexico, WY, KS, MN, IA, IL, HI, and MI. and Oregon. The quantities you can buy are also limited: If you get something like Vasopro you are allowed to order 6 boxes of 24ct ephedrine twice a month.

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day. Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
