what kind of exercises can i do without my bike, or running outside ( it always raining outside) that will help me lose weight? i don't have a treadmill. thanks

Skipping rope, jumping jacks, running in place, leg kicks, up downs (this is going down to the ground doing a pushup then standing back up quickly), and there are all sorts of aerobic dvd's you can buy. Good luck.
