i'm not stupid, i know diet and exercise. i'm gonna jump start a diet this weekend with some kind of detox pill. i have a treadmill at the gym in my apartment complex... and i use that when my son is at his fathers. i'm gonna get some appetite suppressant pills too. i know it's not healthy, but my time and financial situation don't really allow for me to cook well too often, and i'm a single mom so i don't really have time to work out too much. i do what i can - but baby weight is a pain to get rid of. first of all - any suggestions on the pills (detox and appetite suppressant) second - any exercises i can do real quick after my son is in bed (730PM) before i do the laundry and cleaning up?third - will my skin get all screwed up if i lose weight too quick?? i'm using palmers skin firming lotion and vita-k (i got bad stretch marks when i was preg) again, i know it's not super healthy, but i'm getting frustrated....lol.thanks for any advice.

Hate to say it but yea... you CAN end up with some excess skin.I don't know about any pills... I use sugar free hard candies, and gum to keep my mouth working so I dont eat because I'm bored or frustrated. I have two kids, my youngest is 6 months. Most of my baby weight is gone. Mainly... I do everything with gusto. I speed walk around the house when I get the laundry. I turn up music when I clean up the house, and I do it FAST. Walking around with your stomach muscles clenched helps, or stand in line or stand at the sink and clench your butt muscles, or do calf raises. Throw in some squats or lunges while you fold laundry. My problem was energy... if i HAD down time/spare time... I really wanted to spend it sleeping. I had to THROW myself the kids and the stroller in the car and head to the park to walk for 20-30... sometimes 45 minutes a day. Get cheap filling but not too fattening stuff... like fruit.. or low fat crackers on hand. Cook up a huge batch of healthy food on your least busy day.. mines sunday.. then separate and store for the rest of the week. I use my six month old as a weight lol. I lay on the ground and hold her up above my head, etc. Keep your head up! You can do it. Where theres a will theres a way. you just gotta find the WAY that works for YOU.

ACCORDING TO ME U SHOULD NOT GO FOR DIETING.. bcose it will not only damages to ur face , figure but it will affect to ur attitude also..in order to lose 50 - 60 pounds u don't really have to go on dieting but u can do ''YOGA'' .what this will do u can lose weight up to 100- 170 pounds.ur mind , body,soul,heart will remain fresh every day...and ur body will be more flexible as before... so do it and the result u will get surely.
