Im gaining weight like crazyyyy!!! I eat nd eat nd eat..Im startin a diet soon my friend gave me. It's rlly good I think nd it needs walking/excersisin. My body needs excersising as well, especially my thighs nd butt. How can I motivate myself not to give up :S? ive always had the biggest spirit untill my neighbor envied me with her eye lol. Ive got nice feminine shape only if i remove the extra fats... |

| Cycle or walk to workI don't know what showbiz diet your friend recomended but a balance diet, and spreading your daily intake to many times a day helps a lot.Of course, excercise to. Convince yourself? hmmm, go check out pictures of really really heavy people. I think that might help convince you. |

| Its a choice that you need to make on your own. You need to make a conscious effort to not eat and exercise. When I'm feeling hungry I grab a piece of sugar free gum and chew on that for a while. It takes my mind off the fact that I'm hungry and need to put some food in my mouth. Its always going to be up to you though. If you want to be healthy and lose weight then you just have to do it. There are plenty of great plans to get your started online. I would start at mypyramidtracker.govGood luck and hang in there! |

| Hy have you given up in the first place? And why do you eat so much? If ever you start dieting and exercising: don' t make it sound like torture. Buy a bike and go for walks instead of treadmill-stepping. Good luck though, and never forget Rubens (and others) loved painting women like you. |

| You just have to get on that treadmill without thinking about it...just do it. Think about how you'll feel and how you'll look when you're done! Put the TV on in front of the treadmill and just walk. The time will go by before you know it. Good luck. |

listen to music or watch tv while doing it makes time go faster, you can try putting a pic of when you were slimmer on the fridge and when you go take something out of it, it might motivate you to get on that treadmill. run girl run  |

| Find a fitness activity that you enjoy. If you don't want to walk on the treadmill daily, you probably aren't going to, unless you can put it in front of the tv and walk on it while your favorite show is on. You may enjoy walking outside with an mp3 player. That is what I like to do. I just listen to my favorite songs while I walk/jog around my neighborhood. |
