| you have those cravings because you eat those foods.it is a killer, but go cold turkey for three days. You can do anything for three days. also, build in a non food reward for after you get through the three days. something you've wanted but haven't been able to buy yourself.after three days the physical cravings should be greatly reduced. You'll probably suffer longer with the mental cravings.. again, build in rewards for lasting so many days with out a candy bar. even if you only go one day, that's 600+ calories you didn't eat. |

| Hi,Try to eat 5 - 6 small meals a day. Have a balance between protein and carbs. Increase your fiber intake, this helps with cravings. When you eat chocolate bars, it increases a chemical in your brain called Serotonin which makes you feel happy. After a couple of hours, this effects goes down and your brain wants it again. So, you eat the chocolate to get the same effect. You can also try a supplement called 5-HTPHope this helps! |
