| Ok, so i'm 15 years old, 5'7" and i weigh 155 pounds, which is a little overweight. My goal is 130 pounds but if any lower 125 pounds. i ride my bike to school almost everyday. it's a 15 minute ride and i go at a moderate intensity. i have 2 weight lifting machines and a treadmill(and i choose not to use anything). On a average day, i have about 4 hours to workout and other free time after i do homework. i do play sports but not at this moment because i have a slight tear in my arm.so, how can i lose about 25-30 pounds in 3-8 months? |

| Id say cut out the junk food and eat in proportion your only 15 you dnont have to do much to lose the weight.But if you want it to be faster i guess go for walks on the treadmill for an hour a day.(dont run though since that arm of yours has a tear |

| well your exercising great but are you eating health food,daily vegetables/fruits?these Vitamins you should eat daily/the right amount:A,B6-B12,C,D,E,K**you should be learning some things in heath if you have that class |
