| I walk on the treadmill about 4 to 5 times a week 2 miles, at 3.8ish MPH, at about 5pm, will i lose weight without eating much healthier? |

| Any exercise is better than no exercise. Walking four or five times a week is great and will help you lose weight. Walking outside is preferable but if you do it on a treadmill, it's still a good thing. Honestly, it sounds bad, but eating healthier is not the end of the world. I was a junk food addict for half my life. Once health complications set in as a result I had to make changes. It really wasn't anywhere near as bad or hard as I thought it would be. Start visiting health food stores. You'll find that they have a lot of the same kinds of things you like to eat, just healthier versions. Switch out your meats and fruits and veggies for organic. Yes, it'll be pricier, but in the long run it's far healthier and you won't taste the difference. Switch out mayonnaise for veganaise. Make it work for you. Honestly, taste-wise, you won't be missing out at all, you're just making little tweaks and adjustments that are similar enough to your diet that you won't feel like you've made a huge change but you'll be making a world of difference for yourself. |
