| hi mates,i am 30 year old male,and my weight is 120kg,i want to know how much calories i need to burn each day to lose fat,and what is normal weight for 30 year male?if i want to lose 35kg weight in 6 months who many calories i need to burn,and let me tell you is it poibale if i run 5 km in hour on treadmill? many thanks |

| you dont need to burn claories just enjoy every food because the food is given us to consume it not to make choice in it, so consume every food and dont think about calories, pray Allah for ur better health |

| Firstly, the healthy for a 30 year old male depends on height. Go onto Google and search "BMI Calculator" and work it out there. It gives you an indication of which weight range you are in.Infact if you use this one: http://www.halls.md/body-mass-index/av.htm& fill it all in, it tells you what percentile you are in compared with other 30 year old males of your height.Secondly, the amount of calories you need to burn depends on what you eat, you will lose weight if you eat 1200-1500 calories a day and exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes every day. |

| you walking on a tread mill for 30 mins a day only brun about a 100 to 120 calories at that rate it will take you almost a month plus to loose 1 kg of weight, i know it is shocking i was too, well i am not sure exactly how much weight is it that you are looking at loosing, but i can tell some thing that i did, that worked fantastic in my quest to loosing weight, i was a 115 + kgs when i started of with the X-MELT program with Xattack., i am in my 55 th day of the program and i weigh under 97 kgs, as far as i remember i have not weight under a 100 kgs for a long long time now.X-melt is a 90 days based in home training program highly effective in loosing fat, what i loved about this program was rather than concentration over the number on a weighing scale, they were more interested in giving my body a shape. I still have a long way to go before i get into shape but at least the way looks very promising, and the compliment adds to my confidence.all the work outs this program can be done at home it self and are highly effective. they also get you custom designed nutrition plan from some of the leading nutritionist in north America.
