| I just got a new treadmill and have been working out 30 minutes every morning for 5 days on the pre-programmed workout. I'm walking at 3.5 mph and 1.6 miles each workout. I'm in my late 40's. I do feel better, but about how long should I see results if I work out Mon.-Sat. and eat sensibly? |

| Do it and see for yourself!!Id start going abit faster though maybe 10 mph is better!! you cant be working up much sweat walking at that rate |

| A treadmill isn't a magical way to lose bodyfat.It's all about energy consumed via energy expended.What does you diet look like?Go checkout http://www.cagedanimal.net post your question in the beginners cage and you will get tons of relative info and support. |
