Ok so im a college student and i start my swimming class in january, but im a little concerned with how i look in a bathing suit. Im 5'4" and weigh 155lbs. Im not obese or anything just a lil overweight and i have some stomach pudge. yuck.is it possible to achieve a better body within a month and a half?if so any pointers or advice would be awesome! thanks! SmileP.S. i do run on the treadmill whenever i get the chance and I try to eat healthier alternatives to junk food, plus i never drink sodas.

here are some things you can do to make the tummy smaller, do sit ups and lay on your tummy and raise your feet and legs up away from the floor at the same time hold your body up for 10 seconds each time do that for 10 minutes then lay on your side raise your leg about 18 inches up and hold for 10 seconds repeat this for 10 minutes on each leg if you do this it will help make your tummy smaller and tighter the leg workout helps with the butt and thighs. it tightens them up as well, or tone them up do this every other day and you should see results in about two weeks. You can also lay on the floor and raise your feet up to 18 inches holding them in the air for ten seconds at a time do this as long as you can, this will work the lower tummy muscles and help shape your body making your tummy flat. one other exercise you can do is to roll up into a ball holding for a few seconds and then lie flat and do it again as long as you can. It will make you feel sore but it will do the trick. good luck most people don't have the drive to do it by themselves so if you can get a friend to do them with you, it helps you to stay on track
